Welcome to InfinitelyClear. By visiting infinitelyclear.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. They exist so that everything you buy or book here is handled fairly, clearly, and in the spirit of the brand — small batches, honest work, no surprises.

1. Who we are

InfinitelyClear is an independent wellness brand by Kat Nicholson, offering small-batch Moringa botanical products, the book It Is What You Say It Is: You Determine Your Worth, and one-on-one virtual mentoring. Contact: infinitelyclearshop@gmail.com.

2. Products and services

The store mixes three kinds of offerings: physical products (botanical oils and drops, shipped to you), digital products (the book and library resources, delivered electronically), and virtual services (Let’s Chat, Deep-Dive, and Monthly Mastermind mentoring sessions). Botanicals are made in small batches, so color, scent, and texture can vary slightly from batch to batch — that is the nature of working with plants, not a defect.

3. Orders and payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and processed securely at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable stock — if that happens, you will be notified and any payment will be refunded.

4. Mentoring sessions: booking, rescheduling, canceling

Sessions are reserved through the scheduling form on this site and paid at checkout. After reserving, you will receive an email confirmation with your session details. Please book within 60 days of purchase. Life happens: reschedule or cancel free of charge by emailing infinitelyclearshop@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your session. Sessions missed without notice, or canceled inside 24 hours, are treated as held and are not refundable. If a session is canceled by us, you receive a full refund or a rescheduled time — your choice.

5. Shipping of physical goods

Physical products ship according to our Shipping policy. Digital products and virtual sessions involve no shipping.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are covered in detail in our Refund and Returns Policy. In short: unopened physical products can be returned within 30 days; digital products and completed sessions are non-refundable; damaged or defective items are always made right.

7. Important health notice

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your healthcare provider before use, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition. Mentoring sessions are guidance and conversation — they are not therapy, medical care, or professional financial or legal advice.

8. Intellectual property

All text, imagery, product names, and materials on this site belong to InfinitelyClear and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission. Your own reflections and notes from sessions remain yours.

9. Affiliate disclosure

Some links on this site (including the Amazon storefront) are affiliate links. If you buy through them, a small commission may be earned at no extra cost to you. Only products actually used and trusted are recommended.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated occasionally; the version on this page is always the current one. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
